§ 1 Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of NOVARI, owner Christian Elijah Esomchi, Stösserstraße 29, 80933 Munich.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. A contract is only concluded through our explicit declaration of acceptance (order confirmation) via e-mail.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs All prices are total prices. According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is charged and consequently not shown. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly indicated before completing the order.
§ 4 Delivery and Payment Delivery will be made within the period specified on the product page. Payment can be made via PayPal, credit card or other payment methods offered in the shop.
§ 5 Retention of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty The statutory liability for defects applies.
§ 8 Dispute Resolution The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
